Hattingdon is cute as she can be on this Super Sunday with a football inspired hat called Jojo.
Here’s more Hattingdon keeping an eye on the state of play in a referee inspired ballcap with whistle earbob.
How about when the game is over and the partying begins.
Hattingdon has chosen a deep red fedora with a diamond pattern stitched on the crown and little flowers on the brim. Hmmm, red. Is she trying to tell us something? The addition of a feather would have given it away. Instead Hattingdon opts for an LI earbob in black.
Too cute, and guaranteed to bring you a hatful of smiles.
We are not political animals here per se. We’re just animals. But you know Hattingdon. She simply refuses to miss any occasion for which she can trot out a hat or two or more, and this occasion is no exception.
How about this one. This is the Betsy Hattingdon design. She is not leaving you classic hat lovers out today. Sweet.
I love this one but it’s perhaps more July than January. This is the Gloria Hattingdon design.
Hey, wait a minute. I know this hat is red, white and blue, but — wrong country there Hattie. Oh, well, let her have some fun. This is the Jackie hat and one of my personal favorites.
Here we go again. Hey, Hattingdon. Can we stay on theme please? Oh, well. Let her be. Hattingdon just adores Canada. This is the Brooke design. That maple leaf “plume” makes me chuckle.
Aaah, now here we go. Just darling and perfect. And it will keep most of Hattingdon’s ears warm. This design is called Sammy.
What? No ball cap? Hattingdon always seem to have a ball cap. . .
Oh, look. Here comes Jada.
Not exactly patriotic but very cute. I see Hattingdon eyeing it. Watch out.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen. What’s your pleasure? Do you have a favorite?
I never quite know what’s going to capture your imagination and often surprised and always delighted when something I create does.
In this instance, we were looking for something cute and fun to draw your attention to the link to Hattingdon’s online store. I was really stumped while I sat there staring at an open Photoshop window.
Then I thought to myself, begin at the beginning. I decided that was a shopping cart. So I made one. Now what, I asked myself.
Then this question popped into my head. Well, what do you want people to do with this shopping cart? Hmmm. Well, the answer to that has to be — put a Hattingdon in it. So I grabbed Belle, our #1 seller, and stuck her in there.
I immediately burst out laughing, so much so I startled the cats. Laughter like that is always a good sign.
Within in a few hours of putting the Belle shopping cart artwork on the blog, you began to write us about it.
We agree. The obvious choice is to put this design on shopping bags. So here they are. If you want a tote let us know.
Reusable Shopping Bag — $10.45 (image both sides); $6.95 (image on one side) Made with a lightweight polyester fabric, this bag folds easily to fit in your purse or pocket.
In case you are new to Baggu bags, they are made by a Brooklyn based company and are fabulous. Last forever! Here’s more:
The Standard BAGGU is crafted in durable, ripstop nylon and is designed to be carried in your hand or over your shoulder. The perfectly sized bag can be used as a shopping tote, book bag, or a purse, designed to be used wherever the day takes you. The reusable BAGGU can hold 2 to 3 plastic grocery bags worth of items, and folds flat into a five-inch pouch when not in use.
and a testimonial by a long-time Baggu owner:
I’ve owned a plain bag made just like this since 1986 and it’s still in my backpack, ready to be whipped out to carry whatever. So I ordered this one knowing that the bag itself would be great.
Now you can have a custom Baggu with a Hattingdon on it. As of this writing you get 30% off sitewide at Zazzle with code SURPRISEDEAL.
If you want a design other than Belle, we will create it for you and send you the link. Let us know here.
A quick recap. Jada is from the Hattingdon Grey family who live on the West Coast. She is the little sister of cousin Marcus who is based in the Bay area. However, Jada lives in LA with their cousin Curtis where she is attending a special high school with a focus on the Arts.
We have restyled Jada’s mane into softly curled wave.
Here’s our Jada in a parade of her favorite hats.
The first hat is a familiar one and worth revisiting to see it with her new look mane. It is what Vivian calls a schoolgirl hat. Here it is in a gorgeous fuscia with multi colored button on its upturned brim.
Next up we have Jada in a rich red beret with her initial on the front in white. The family resemblance to Hattingdon is remarkable don’t you think?
Speaking of looking like Hattingdon, here’s Jada in a blushing pink picture hat with a black trimmed brim. Sweet!
For relaxing and having fun Jada sports an adorable brand new ballcap in black with a rounded crown and a chunky multi peace sign on front. Brim, button and nosebobs in co-ordinating colors of turqoise and green.
This ought to chase the winter blues away. Jada models a schoolgirl hat with green crown and a flowery patterned brim in pink, yellow, green and turquoise blue.
That’s a wrap on the hat parade.
