2018 Classic Hat March — No. 7 (and recipe)

Hellooooooooo. It’s Hattingdon. So happy you are here with us.

I have been working so hard to bring you great classic countdown posts I admit I was flagging a bit. But I have rejuvenated myself with this delectable Carrot Apple Refresher smoothie.

1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 small carrot, peeled, roughly cut
1/2 small ripe granny smith apple, peeled, roughly cut
1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 tsp. raw, unfiltered honey (or to taste)
pinch ground cloves
5 to 6 ice cubes

Place in blender and pulse until smooth. That’s it!

I found this recipe on the Shark Ninja blender website.  I love this blender and you can get it on Amazon. Amazon Prime and Amazon Recommended. If you buy one on Amazon you will help raise money to help horses. Thanks!

Back to hats. And the countdown! Look!

The Genevieve hat probably best sums up Mrs Farrell’s personal taste. It has stripes. Check. It has her favourite colours. Check. It has a belted hatband and buckle. Triple check! She may pick this hat as her number one favourite classic hat, although she has many.

Whew! So how are you doing? Have you predicted any yet? Any idea who is number one?

You know I know who number one is because I sneaked a look. Mrs Farrell shall we say was not amused and put me on blog duty to keep me out of trouble. All I did was look at the winner. Maybe it was the way I looked. I took her freshly baked carrot and sweet potato muffins and gave them to the staff to dFThen I sort of bragged about it…. a bit! Oh well.

Never mind about all that now. I am here. You are here. And we are having great fun, aren’t we?

See you back here again soon with number 6. Then next up it will be the Final Five. I feel absolutely giddy thinking about it. Giddiness and me are besties, aren’t we, ha ha ha ha.

Love ya bunches and more.
