2018 Classic Hat March — No. 10

Hello dear friends and followers, hat lovers and lovers of all things Hattingdon (that’s me), especially — classic hats.

We are halfway to revealing your Top Twenty Favourite Classic Hats in order of popularity of all time. A bit of a statement that huh? Of all time?

Well, it is — of all time that is — because Mrs Farrell stopped designing for the classic hat silhouette some years ago. It didn’t matter much, because hey, she has created dozens and dozens for us to enjoy, and Hattingdon classic hat lovers are a dedicated bunch keeping this hat type relevant.

In a recent vote throughout the month of February we put all the classic hat designs together for you to vote your top twenty favourites from. We are revealing them in reverse order throughout the month of March.

You’ve seen the first ten. We are now counting down the final ten. Isn’t this so exciting? My heart is all aflutter!

No. 10 is a hat with a holiday theme. All Hallow’s Eve. This is one of Mrs Farrell’s all time favorites and she decorates with it every Halloween.

  1. This is one of my favourite patterns. I am all about stripes as you have mentioned. I have a post on stripes in fashion just about done and will be posting soon. Keep an eye out for it. When you think about stripes what’s the first thing that pops in your head?
