HATTINGDON HOUSE (by Vivian) — You know the Anita turban with cross bands design, right? It was originally multi colored.
This design really took off when I created it in black.
Following that — for the First Annual Hattingdon® Hatful of Smiles™ Awards — Hattingdon wanted a glittery version of the Anita turban. It was a smash hit and the first Hattingdon® I used a foil or texture throughout. Remember it?
So we (that’s the royal “we”) decided to try out some other textures with the Anita turban. We had so much fun. Take a look.
Isn’t this incredible? And made with free textures available on the internet. It’s Hattingdon’s personal favorite. She thinks she looks ready for a James Bond movie. Hattingdon looks ready for something super special anyway.
Here are two Anita turban designs made in black leather.
Who’s ever heard of a leather turban? Not us, but with a cartoon horse you can do anything.
Here’s the first one. Not sure how well the contrast will look on your screen. Printed it looks super good and you get all the nuances of the texture. Sharp.
The second black leather turban has a higher contrast and quite a bit of texture. What do you think?
Coming up now are two versions of a blue denim turban. A denim turban? I know. Probably wouldn’t work in real life. Isn’t being a cartoon horse wonderful? See what you think.
I adore both of these looks. The first is denim throughout. The second is in a gorgeous co-ordinating blue with denim cross bands.
Look at this (she says as she chuckles to herself). Isn’t it darling?
Depending on demand, we will put any or all of these designs in the shop on greeting cards, photo prints and posters. They might also work well on the jumbo mugs. We’ll see. They will be in the new “Extras” section. We’ll announce it here on the blog when they are in.
But that’s not all we did today. Curtis got new bling and is joined by a couple of family members for a photo op. A must see.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope these designs have given you a hatful of smiles.
